An investment company had access to real-time data from their investments and wanted to visualize their data in real-time updating charts and graphs to give their brokers an edge on making decisions on buying and selling within their investment portfolio.
We investigated several different solutions, but ended up utilizing Microsoft Power BI build a dashboard to visualize the data. We took advantage of several data sets, filters and API triggered data set refreshes so the data refreshes when new data is available. This solution gave the investment company the information they needed at their fingertips so they could make quicker decisions and ultimately buy and sell more quickly and more informed than they were previously.
